You have Free Shipping Worldwide!

Orders are processed 7 days a week and most orders will we ship out within 2-6 business days after your payment is authorized and verified, this doesn’t include weekends or holidays, from there the estimated delivery time and shipped with USPS 10-20 days to USA, Canada Post 15-35 days to Canada, Royal Mail 10-18 days to UK, La Poste 7-15 days to France, Correos 7-15 days to Spain, DHL 7-15 days to Germany, 10-18 days to Holland, 7-15 days to Italy, 10-18 days to Portugal...

We are not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or delayed by the postal service. Some orders with multiple items may have separate shipments.

You cannot cancel an order after to pay, but if it's not shipped out you can modify the sizes or color.

Important: from 11th January to 11th February our factory will be in production, so most of our items ordered between those dates will be ship out after that.

No Returns Or Exchanges, all sales are final. All our garments are strictly checked and supervised before being packaged and shipped, but in the rare case any items is indeed damaged, please, supply proof via customer care email hello@jocuro.com or by direct message on Instagram @jocurostudio within 3 days of item received, if the request is accepted we will send you the same item again without any additional cost for you. No request will be accepted without complying with the instances described above.
